We had Valdez came over for free estimates , he was thorough in explaining the window types pros and cons . He really answered all our questions , we went through the estimates couple of times but I can tell that as a first time home owner , I am pretty convinced that we have signed up with the right company and right people . I contacted window depot to get estimates on 2 jobs : garage renovation, and install of a new back door. The door was installed yesterday , awesome job! Hugh quality product. Great team support. As for the garage project: it was a prolonged project that took an extended period of time due to many reasons . After dan the owner came out and looked at where the project was at, on a Sunday morning on his own time, the project flew and was done within the next 5 days. It was impressive.
Paolo and his team of installers flew through the install and it’s perfect. It actually turned out better than expected, and they even installed an extra door and window for me , that wasn’t in the original project proposal . Meaghan in the front office was exceptionally helpful throughout this entire time, and incredibly patient and was awesome with communicating to me any issues. We worked well Dan Dasilva and the installation crew. The project was explained correctly and I received 21 windows in my house in roslindale ma. My house is now warmer and it has reduced the outside noise by a lot.

My regret is that we didn't do this much sooner, if I had done this sooner while my mother was alive found through the harsh winters on her old body would've been much better.

I reached out to Window Depot on Wednesday night after coming home to find one of my windows had completely fallen out and was lying on the floor. They responded immediately and sent someone out the very next day. Marc was great! We’re definitely on a budget, and he did everything he could to help us find a solution that worked for us. He showed up right on time and spent over an hour walking us through the entire process and answering all of our questions. We signed the contract right then and there because of Marc. He was also amazing with our dogs (two pit bulls), which was a huge bonus and meant a lot to us because not everyone is comfortable around them when they get excited!
